20mL Soda Press Co Original Kombucha Concentrate
45mL Bourbon or Whiskey
25mL Lemon Juice
2 Slivers of Fresh Ginger
1 Sage Leaf
Add all ingredients including sage to a shaker with ice, cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf.
