When your cylinder (or carbonator) runs out of gas, simply return the empty cylinder to any SodaStream stockist (see http://www.sodastream.co.nz/node/211 for more information). Refill or exchange cylinders are available at the Customer Services counter, and will cost you about $12 when you return your empty cylinder. SodaStream then sends the empty cylinders back to our filling facility where we clean it, inspect it, and refill it. Also available at SodaStream stockists are SodaStream syrups.
